Vulcan ranges are really incredible... the best restaurant equipment ever. if you've ever been in a full kitchen and tried one of these Vulcan ranges, you'll know what I mean. puts my gas range to shame. someday I will be on Top Chef and I will make a Vulcan range sing like Pavoratti.
