The 2007 R&I Top 400 list of restaurant chains has just been published. Topping the list is McDonald's. Starbucks weighs in at #4. They consider 7-Eleven, at #21, a chain restaurant. Fans of Waffle House hash browns can enjoy their #48-ranked chain. At the bottom of the list is Hot Dog On A Stick.
