"How to Start a Successful Restaurant Business" is a great book that provides lots of answers to questions I had about starting a little sandwich and soup shop that I have been thinking of doing for quite some time. This book was easy to read and covered a lot of areas that I had not even considered. Definitely a useful help to me!
