Portland, Oregon's Sam Grayson was recently named 'Waiter of the Year for 2007' by local society and culture magazine, Portland Monthly. Castagna, the restaurant that Sam hails from, was named fifth out of the top ten in the city. This short post explains why Sam is entitled to such an esteemed accolade.
