Leslie Brenner of the Los Angeles Times writes that restaurant service has gotten so bad that there should be a bill of rights for diners. She offers 25 diners' rights, including things like "You have the right not to hear your server's name" and "Every adult at the table has a right to a wine list -- even girls."
