Tips on Tipping - How much is enough when it comes to restaurant service?

Toss away those tipping calculators and credit card size guides, the Bay Area Critic is here to shed some light on the subject as well as get your feed back! In the past, the rule of thumb in the past was 10%, then 15% and sometimes 20%; nowadays, most people tip their server between 15-20%.
